Because our platform serves both site administrators and their attendees (who visit individual event sites), this policy covers cookies set across all tenant sites operated through our infrastructure.

When a band enables POD integration, order details are transmitted to the selected fulfilment provider. Google Analytics (Usage Analytics)

We may use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors interact with GetEventTicket. 7. Multi-Tenant Platform Cookies

GetEventTicket is a multi-tenant platform, which means that multiple bands and artists share the same underlying infrastructure while each having their own unique website (identified by a custom domain or subdirectory). This architecture has specific implications for how cookies work:

• Session Cookie Scoping: The connect.sid session cookie is set at the platform domain level. However, the server-side session data (stored in Redis) is scoped per tenant. This means that your session context -- including your login state and shopping cart -- is automatically associated with the specific band or artist site you are visiting.
• Cart Data Isolation: When you add items to your cart on a particular band's site, those cart items are stored within your server-side session and are associated with that specific tenant. Items in your cart for one band will not appear when you visit a different band's site on GetEventTicket, even though the same session cookie is used.
• Cross-Tenant Sessions: If you are a band administrator managing your site through the GetEventTicket dashboard, your administrative session is separate from any fan-facing sessions. The platform ensures that administrative and public sessions are properly segregated for security purposes.
• Tenant-Specific Preferences: Any preferences or functional cookies you set on one band's site (such as theme preferences) may be stored locally in your browser and may apply only to that specific site context.

This tenant-scoped approach ensures that your data remains isolated and is only accessible within the context of the band or artist site you are interacting with. No personal data from one tenant is shared with or accessible to another tenant.

You have the right to control and manage cookies on your device. Most web browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Please be aware that disabling or blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of GetEventTicket, particularly strictly necessary cookies required for authentication and the shopping cart.
